David's Classes:

Home Visitation Safety

Taught to thousands of professionals across Kentucky since 2006, this class will present the 5 Critical Areas in Planning for Your Safety.

This block of instruction breaks down the concept of a home / site visit into 5 distinct areas.  Each area focuses on the best practices we can do to put our people in the best position possible for a safe successful delivery of services and most importantly, a safe return home to family each evening.

Conflict Resolution / Deescalation

Premiering May, 2024, this class will help the student understand the origin and causes of conflict, how our body language can impact communication, and how we can choose a planned response versus an emotional one.

Communication techniques will be part of the instruction, hopefully allowing your staff to better manage and mitigate difficult situations.

The Value of Investigations in Background Checks

Who's applying to work for your company?  Too often, employers are in such need for employees that a rush to hire anyone who applies occurs.  But this isn't a great strategy for your organization.  The wrong hire can cause dire consequences.

Learn the value of why a background check is important to your company and potentially your budget.  DPJ Consulting can offer a solution at an affordable price while keeping your staff doing what they do best!
